Tonight I want to share the story behind my tattoo. This was something that I always secretly wanted – there is a lot of taboo around getting a tattoo as a Jewish woman, but it’s been a want for a very long time. After Daliah was born I quickly came up with an idea of a Dahlia flower. Just weeks before the dog attack (if you’re new to reading my posts – you can read much more about that from a few weeks ago) I got this beauty!! I honestly look at it everyday as a reminder of the strength that is within me. Thanks to #electricelaine – go check her out on Instagram – her work is amazing.
